Job Description
renu energy is seeking full time applicants to lead a team of Solar Installers. The team will install residential and commercial grid-tied PV systems, commercial and residential energy storage systems and micro-grids, electric vehicle chargers, solar carports and canopies, in the Turks and Caicos Islands and potentially in surrounding territories. 

Job Responsibilities
In this position, the Lead Solar Installer will install solar systems and manage a team of solar installers, electricians and third-party crew members. The lead installer will provide support to his installation team, communicate job status data to installations management and ensure the completion of installation of all projects. A Crew Lead is responsible for coordinating residential and commercial solar installs of each system efficiently, in a timely and in a quality manner. Good leadership, good communication and documentation skills while working on the roof.
